The Role: As a Supply Chain Technology Analyst, you will be at the heart of our mission. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth, hands-on testing of the latest AI software for operations and supply chain, and translating your findings into the clear, objective, and practical content our audience relies on. You will work directly with me and our team of experts to produce industry-leading reviews, comparisons, and tutorials.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct hands-on testing of AI-powered software for categories like AI for Warehouse & Inventory Management and AI for Logistics & Transportation.
- Systematically analyze tools against our rigorous 10-Point Assessment Framework.
- Write clear, in-depth, and objective reviews, comparisons, and practical guides in the authoritative voice of Best Ops Chain AI.
- Collaborate with our senior expert panel to validate findings and add strategic depth to your analysis.
- Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, new technologies, and the evolving challenges faced by supply chain leaders.
Who You Are:
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in a supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations role.
- You possess strong analytical skills and a methodical, process-oriented mindset.
- You are an exceptional writer in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- You are familiar with operational software (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS, forecasting tools).
- You are passionate about technology and have a genuine curiosity about how AI can solve real-world business problems.
- Experience with testing software or writing professionally is a major plus.
